The i-Flow Select nitrogen generation skid system is a
complete, all-in-one nitrogen supply solution, capable of
producing a continuous & on-demand volume of highquality food grade nitrogen gas, for use within the food &
beverage processing and packaging industry.
Incorporating the latest air filtration & gas purification
technologies, all equipment is conveniently assembled onto
a compact & portable metal skid plate. Its fixed footprint
and simple plug & play design not only allows for greater
installation ease, but also the flexibility to move or relocate
the system within your facility, to accommodate future
growth in production lines or any changes in infrastructure.

Designed with cost efficiency & sustainable operations in mind, the i-Flow Select nitrogen skid system
incorporates everything needed to generate high quality, food grade nitrogen gas on-site, from a
compressed air supply. Also, its compact footprint, flexible portability and plug & play design means it
is hassle-free to install, maintain & relocate as your facility infrastructure evolves. Furthermore, i-Flow
Select’s modular design means you can always add more capacity as your operations expand over
time.

i-Flow 6000 Series Nitrogen Generator
i-Flow is a modular & expandable PSA based nitrogen gas generator,
capable of supplying high quality, food grade nitrogen gas at a wide
range of configurable flow rates, purities and pressures. Whatever
your application needs, i-Flow can deliver.

Air Treatment
Peak air dryers & activated carbon towers offer the ideal combination
of compressed air treatment for nitrogen generation. These robustly
built systems are energy efficient, easy to maintain & most importantly,
reliable - only the best technology is incorporated on our i-Flow Select
nitrogen skids.

Nitrogen Process Tank
Sized according to skid model & your system demands, the nitrogen
process tank helps to smooth out the flow of gas produced by i-Flow’s
pressure swing adsorption (PSA) cycles. Peak ensures wherever you
are in the world, these tanks will meet all necessary requirements of
local certification, legislation & build standards.

Filtration & Condensate Drainage
Working with compressed air requires effective filtration & control
of accumulated condensate, which often contains dirt & oil. i-Flow
Select nitrogen skids incorporate a robust set of pre & post filters,
as well as a number of automated condensate drainage systems.
Combined these ensure only the cleanest, driest & highest quality of
nitrogen gas is produced, further helping to protect your application.
