Important product support notice

REDUCED SUPPORT LEVEL FOR PEAK SCIENTIFIC ‘DR’ LINE OF GAS GENERATORS
For immediate attention of end users and resellers:

Dear Customer or authorized agent,
Due to a change in availability of a critical component (electronic control PCB) in the
discontinued/legacy ‘DR’ line of gas generators from Peak Scientific, we are having to transition to a
reduced level of support for the affected models. With immediate effect, these models move from
Discontinued status to Retired status. This means customers with legacy units will be supported
with replacement parts on a best-efforts basis only. The affected critical component is unique to
these generators and from one supplier. Continued sourcing of replacement stock is unfortunately
no longer viable.
All other serviceable and replacement components in these generators remain unaffected.
Generator models that are affected by this change are listed in the table below. In the unlikely event
of a failure of this component, suitable equivalent new/current generator models for each of these
are outlined.
