Scope
The purpose of this document is to serve notice of the discontinuation of a product, to define the level of
service support and, where applicable, advise of any new or alternative models that replace the
discontinued products.

Effective Date
The last order date for the affected part numbers of March 31st 2021 has now passed. This model is now
discontinued and the manufacturing of these products has ceased.

Service and Support
Peak Scientific will fully support all products listed as discontinued until the date shown.

Service kits and spare parts will be made available for these products until the support period has ended,
after this time we will endeavor to provide support for a further period of 1 year on a ‘best efforts’ basis,
dependent on the future availability of spare parts. Please contact your Peak Scientific account manager
if you have a requirement for service kits/ spares.
