They say the best things come in small packages. Not content with designing the smallest analytical
grade hydrogen generator in its class, we set out to break the mould with a minimalist and streamlined
aesthetic. Available in a choice of black or white, Precision Hydrogen SL brings not only convenience and
productivity gains to your lab, but also a touch of style to match your GC instrumentation. If you thought
using a gas generator for your GC detector would bring complexity, cost or risk to your workflow, it’s time
to think again. Precision Hydrogen SL removes the worry of running out of gas, unreliable equipment,
expensive running costs or storing hazardous pressurized cylinders.
Precision Hydrogen SL is one of the smallest laboratory grade hydrogen
gas generators available on the market, packing 100cc or 200cc flow of
hydrogen into a form that is less than 20% the size of its predecessor.
Generating Hydrogen at the push of a single button, operation couldn’t
be easier. What’s more, replacing the proprietary desiccant capsule
periodically takes less than 60 seconds, no tools required.
Uncompromised safety in your laboratory. Unlike pressurized
cylinders, gas is generated on-demand with minimal gas stored and
advanced fail-safe technology.

Precision Hydrogen SL is a lesson in streamlined simplicity. Gas is produced at the push of one button,
going into standby or power down with another push. It’s that easy. What’s more, periodic maintenance is
just as simple. An innovative sealed-capsule desiccant system can be swapped out and replaced as needed,
without technical skills or tools, in under 60 seconds. The De-ioniser cartridge is a once annual service , again
changed easily in just a minute or two. No engineer visit necessary and virtually zero instrument down-time.

A safer solution.
Hydrogen in the lab is always a source of concern. High pressure cylinders can be a risk to lab personnel
handling them as well as a large volume of gas that can leak into the lab environment. With Precision
Hydrogen SL in your lab, you eliminate these risks entirely. The generator produces gas only on-demand to
meet instrument need and stores minimal gas in the instrument (<150mL), with an automatic fail-safe to shut
off the generator in event of any leak.
