Supported maintenance is specifically designed for companies with their own on-site engineers or maintenance
teams. Picking up from where your warranty ends, Peak provides a robust, ongoing support structure with
systems training, so your staff are fully prepared for daily maintenance requirements. This is backed up with full
management of servicing schedules, timely service kit delivery and the option to pay for further on-site support,
should the need arise.

Additional Services
IQ/OQ certification
All Peak equipment is manufactured in our ISO 9001 facility and engineered to the highest standards, incorporating
the latest & most robust technologies. Whilst our i-Flow nitrogen generators have been independently verified
to exceed industry standards, Peak recognizes that regulatory compliance (particularly for US FDA CFR Title
21) needs to be demonstrated. That is why we offer an Installation Qualification & Operational Qualification
certification, delivered by a certified Peak Field Service Engineer, who will provide a certificate of compliance on
completion.
Peak IQ/OQ is a recommended service for Food, Beverage & Pharmaceutical
industry customers and should be undertaken at initial installation, equipment
relocation, following major repairs or upgrades.

Replacement parts
Like all equipment, replacement parts will be needed from time to time for scheduled maintenance or due to
general wear & tear. For customers without the inclusive benefits of [PEAK Protected] complete plan, these
periodic requirements can be met through Peak’s comprehensive replacement parts service with same day
shipping*. Buying directly from Peak doesn’t just protect your warranty but also means the parts you install are
genuine and have been extensively quality tested in our ISO 9001 facility; helping to ensure optimal performance is
maintained for years to come.
Paid repairs and training
To support our replacement parts service, Peak also offers a paid repair service where a certified Peak Field Service
Engineer visits your facility to perform one off on-site maintenance or repairs. Should you wish to use your own
engineering or maintenance staff, Peak can provide basic 1 day service & troubleshooting training, helping to ensure
they are full prepared for daily systems management.
