H2 generator safety tips for your lab

In order to keep your Precision hydrogen gas generator running at full capacity and to ensure the best possible
results in your laboratory, follow Peak Scientiﬁc’s best practice top tips.
Only use high grade de-ionised water
(1µS/cm or better)
The generator should be powered up
at least once per month at a low ﬂow
rate for 1 hour
Change Gel Column
Please replace/regenerate the Silica gel
when HMI screen advises to do so
Deioniser cartridge needs to be
replaced every 6 months
Do not operate if room temperature
goes above 35°C
Do not place the external water bottle
above the height of the generator.
It must remain at the same height or below
