Fixed Price Preventative Maintenance
What does it provide?
• Scheduled preventative maintenance in accordance with generator service interval
• Work carried out on-site by a trained Peak Field Service Engineer (FSE)
• 20% discount on unplanned replacement parts and other services (e.g. paid repair)

What are the benefits?
• Scheduled preventative maintenance (PM)
PM scheduled in advance to suit customer and carried out by certified Peak FSE, guaranteeing
competency of the work.
• Fixed price
Single fixed price covers all parts and labour relating to PM, even if generator service interval includes
compressor replacement (every 3rd service) – no additional cost.
• 20% discount on unplanned replacement parts and charged services
Customers receive 20% discount on list prices of any additional parts or services, including paid repair (in
event of a breakdown) or additional non-service kit replacement parts required.
• Cost-effective
- Typically around 30% less cost compared to Complete Plan, for those customers not requiring priority
breakdown cover for generator.
- More cost effective than waiting until the service light comes on and calling to book unplanned paid PM
at short notice.
• Priority response in event of breakdown
Customers will benefit from a priority response in the event of breakdown call-out (charged).
• Includes compressor refit and replacement
• Round the clock technical support
