Scope
The purpose of this document is to serve notice of the discontinuation/retirement of a product, to define the level of service support and where applicable,
advise of any new or alternative models that replace the discontinued/retired product.

Discontinued Products
This notice serves only to retrospectively clarify the status of these products and confirm that production of the models listed below has ceased within the
last several years; where applicable, replacement products are shown. Typically, Peak Scientific fully supports all discontinued products for a minimum
period of 5 years post-discontinuation however this has been extended for some of the products listed, please refer to the table below for product specific
details.

phase after an effective discontinuation period of 5 years; thereafter products are formally obsoleted.

Effective Date
This notice confirms that each of the products listed have been formally discontinued/retired, the support
dates stated on this notice supersede any previous communications.

Replacement Products
There are direct replacements for some of these models, where applicable these are shown. If no direct
replacement is indicated, there will be products within the Peak Scientific product portfolio which are
capable of delivering a similar quantity or quality of gas. Please contact your Peak Scientific account
manager should the requirement arise.

Service and Support

Discontinued products

Peak Scientific will fully support all products listed as discontinued until the date shown.

Service kits and spare parts will be made available for these products until the support period has ended,
after this time we will endeavor to provide support for a further period of 1 year on a ‘best efforts’ basis,
dependent on the future availability of spare parts. Please contact your Peak Scientific account manager
if you have a requirement for service kits/spares.

Retired products
All retired products will supported on a ‘best efforts’ basis until the date shown. Availability of spare parts
and service kits for these products is limited and may be subject to extended lead times. Please contact
your Peak Scientific account manager if you have a requirement for service kits/spares.

At the end of this support period these products will be formally obsoleted and Peak Scientific will no
longer offer direct support.
