Installation
Equipment installation for the busy lab, regardless of skill or comfort level, can require time
which simply is not available.
Peak’s installation service offers a convenient and hassle free generator configuration greatly
reducing the risk of breakdown resulting from incorrect set-up of your generator.
Our install service also benefits you and your lab by giving you the reassurance that your
generator has been set up to function correctly and efficiently, allowing you to focus on
your analysis.

IQ/OQ
For our customers in regulated industries, Peak Scientific can carry out a thorough and certified
Installation Qualification and Operational Qualification. We recommend this is done whenever
the generator is installed or relocated, periodically as part of standard operating procedures,
following a major repair or before a previously installed generator is to be used in a regulated
environment for the first time.
As part of an IQ our highly trained Field Service Engineers will:

Ensure your gas generator has not been damaged in transit,
•
Confirm the generator is in a suitable environment for operation
•
Perform a review of the environment for hazards and provide safety precautions
•
Perform an installation functionality check and create an installation report
•
Record all activities and issue a certificate of conformity
As part of an OQ our highly trained Field Service Engineers will:
•
Ensure the generator is performing to expected standards
•
Perform familiarization training with your team, allowing you to use the equipment confidently
and safely
•
Provide certificated evidence of the validated results of the OQ
