Scope
The purpose of this document is to serve notice of the discontinuation of a product, to define the level of service support and where applicable, advise of any new or alternative models that replace the discontinued product.

Effective Date
Peak and Sciex have established that, with immediate effect, the older-style table variants listed above are no longer required and should be removed from the supply chain in favour of current models; discontinuation of these products is therefore effective as of 13/10/2015.

All discontinued part numbers have now been removed from the vendor price list. Peak Scientific will no longer accept orders for these table models.

Service and Support

Part numbers which contain integral gas generators should continue to be serviced throughout the life of the product. The following consumable items should be purchased and service performed on an annual basis:

Tables with integral gas generators (10-1016-3N, 10-0001 and 10-1026) will be fully supported and spares parts will be available until October 2020, at the earliest. Part numbers 10-1016-3 and 10-0002 are non-maintenance products which have no service/support considerations; if spare panels are required for cosmetic reasons, please contact your Peak Scientific account manager. It should be noted that due to reduced order quantities of associated service and spare parts, Peak Scientific reserves the right to increase part and service costs after the product discontinuation date.
